hybrid 2 daw system

I read something at gearslutz that make me think but didnt understand 100%

Im into analog summing, my setup is Orion32 as converters, 2Bus+ and Pure2 for capturing the whole mix.

So I ve read a few threads about 2 daws and bouncing from one computer to another .
Ive got my macbook pro which I use all the time, and also have access to an iMac .
My only interface is persons 16.0.2 .live .
