I have a little mixer called the Behringer Xenyx 1202 FX

What I would like to do is monitor my vocals with the effects from the mixer along with the output from my computer's sound card through the headphone Jack on the mixer.

Hello everyone,

hope that I choose the right subforum to post my question...

Well I'm a newbie to analog sound and have bought the following equipment to rip some tracks from vinyl in a decent quality.

Turntable: Reloop RP-4000 MK3

System: Ortofon Arkiv (output voltage ~6mV)

How much crap can I plug into a 2 input Audio Interface?

Hey all! First post on here, so I hope it's not an overly dumb one.

I've got an EMU 404 USB audio interface, and it's got 2 audio inputs on it. I'm looking in to Micing my drum set to do some recording, and I was wondering if I could use a multi-channel mixer BEFORE the audio interface so I could run more mics.

Output channel is contaminating my input - please help!

Hi, I'm new to this forum and recording in general, but I was hoping someone here could help me. I just bought some infrared wireless headphones thinking that they would allow me to use the metronome in Ableton Live without having it appear in my recording, but to my dismay it's audible - even if I record and the microphone wasn't on.

Hello forum!

First let me say that I'm very excited that this forum exists. After trolling a little bit I can see that the moderators and many users here are exceptionally well-informed, and I can't wait to begin the dialogue with other musicians who are trying to record well to help each other get the exact sound we want.
