Does anybody know if there are pdfs of producer or artist management contracts on this forum?

Hey Guys! I recently started producing music for a couple artists and am wondering what the best way to go about getting contracts is.

Does anyone have guest musician contracts to allow a musician to play for a fee and receive no rights or royalties to the work?

Does anyone know if there is any standard contract langauge online for a "spec" recording deal? (I know enough to get a lawyer to look at the final version, I just want a starting point.) I'm discussing a potential project with a very good R&B band made up of older musicians (all over 60) who have been playing this type of music for 40 or more years.

I know that this might sound funny but does any one know how to get a music contract? :w:
