otari mtr-90 with pro tools

Sync Tape to DAW

Does anyone know how to sync up a Otari MTR-90 with Pro Tools using a Emagic Unitor 8 mk2?

Or even use Logic 8 or Cubase 4.5.

Any information is greatly appreciated
