Patching a phone into a Mackie board in V/O booth

Hi, all! I'm a tech-challenged home voice-over guy. I have a Mackie board in the booth with me, but the phantom power for my mic actually comes from a separate Grace Design mic preamp outside. For "old school" phone patch, is there a way to connect either a corded phone directly, or via a Gentner MicroTel box, into the Mackie mixer for two way phone conversation with a client?

Help,

My Monitors are not only picking up cell phone signals and making a "crackling sound" but must also be picking up other signals as the nasty crackling noises come right out of the blue, even when the cell phone is not on.

I'm recording messages to be used on a VoIP system. Due to software contraints of the phone system, the finished files must conform to CCITT u-Law, 8.000 kHz, 7kb/sec. Bad for the stereo but good for a phone.

The files play back fine within the quality constraints and the voice sounds ok over a phone, but silence is not silent. It sounds like static, white noise.

Hope I am posting this in the correct forum...

I'm trying to get a Symetrix TI-101 phone patch working. My biggest problem...

I use a line splitter to take the phone line into the Symetrix. The other side of the splitter goes to the telephone. To open the phone line, I have to take the handset off the telephone base.

I have a Tascam US-122 USB Audio Interface. It has 2 mike inputs and two inserts and direct monitoring. I am using Adobe Audition. Is there anyway i can send reverb from Adobe into my Tascam so i can hear it in my head phones while actually recording. I dont want it to record the wet signal just dry. Help! What do i need to be able to do this.
