Is there anywhere i can get royalty free sound fx samples?

I am looking to sell royalty free music CDs similar to what FreshMusic does. I have produced an indie film in the past and I can tell you that there's NO WAY I'd ever do it any other way than to pay a ONE TIME FEE for music. This is in fact the industry STANDARD for indie low budget films.
