Hi everyone
Im having a huge problem recordin in cubase.
Every time i try to use an amp simulator it just doesnt give any sound.If i put it on bypass the guitar is heard again
but when i turn on the amp again its just white noise .
Could anyone help ?

maybe i could just go to a company's website and find some sound files, but it's always going to be different than what the average user gets out of something. i'm looking for something that can be used on hard rock/nu metal. thanks, Reuben
Nearly all the guitar simulators I have tried have crashed my pc. Amplitube, Green Amp and all the other free ones.
When I apply them to more then one track, I start to hear cracking and pops, and after a short while my pc usually freezes. This also often happens when I use other plugin Cubase SL.
I've never had a chance to use one of these things, so i'm not sure what the effect actually sounds like. i do have an Aphex Aural Exciter (Type C) and think i understand it's principles of operation. (synthesizing harmonics)
Looking for a good guitar amp simulator plugin. Any good ones out there?
