Neumann USM69 vs. Superlux S502 shootout

I tested Neumann USM69 LDC Stereo microphone in XY cardioids config against Superlux S502 ORTF stereo SDC.

Now this is certainly not a fair comparison, but then, why not?

ive just got into recording and have started with the lowest line superlux condenser. it seems to do an amazing job for the price i paid ($40). i will soon be purchasing another condenser but dont wanna go above $250.

Avlex/Superlux?

Has anybody heard of the mic company "Avlex/Superlux". (I think Avlex owns Superlux). I've been hearing about a kick mic called the Pro 218B that is getting some good reviews. I was thinking about adding one to my mic cabinet to supplement a D112/Beta 52 setup.
