Hey Guys, I've always had cocky shoulder when it came to using other peoples drum beats and said to myself if Im going to make a song I will use my own drum beat. But just recently I tired using a pre-made drum beat in ToonTrack for a starting block for my piece and it sounds so much better than anything I could come up with. I feel like it's cheap and it's not fair. But music is music right?

I am contemplating buying EZ drummer, but I am tempted to buy BFD 2.0 since I got this 30% off coupon. I need something to replace my not-so-cutting-edge-anymore Roland R8m.



A few things in favor of EZ drummer:

Already so much better sounding than the Roland R8m

Good enough for getting started and writing my own stuff, which is the primary use.
