hi I'm new to the forums, Im 17 yeard old Still going to high school in california, I always wanted to be a producer ever since i was 14 years old. Right now I'm trying to find a "mentor" thats been in the Music Recording Industry for a while. I mainly need some advice on what i should do what school should i go to what should i do right after high school.
Used that catch title to get you in here. Here's the deal- Going with a P4 northwood deal (the Opus deal). Was thinking of using MAudio card- Audiophile, but want MORE INPUTS, so Delta44. But after reading in here more and more, I am undecided.

I would like to find the notation/midi sequencing software of my dreams. I've been a Cakewalk user for quite some time, but their "staff view" doesn't do what I would want my dream software to do.
