Where does this thing with "pork chops" come from? I do not eat a lot of pork chops! I tried the Atkins thing for a few weeks and it worked. I started droppings lbs fast but after awhile, I became a "poster child" for constipation. So I stopped. I will probably go back on again soon. But anyway, for the record, I do not eat pork chops.
