I'm thinking of buying one to check phase while tracking drums and to use for azimuth alignment on my 2" 24track. Anybody using one and can recommend a particular brand or model?

I've always preferred the Philips scopes. Plenty good for audio
I've always preferred the Philips scopes.
Plenty good for audio, usually a lot cheaper
then equivalent HP's or Tektronix models. Also seem to be more "portable". When I was
doing lots of tech work they were real handy
dragging around fixing peoples hosing of various multitracks.
3212's and 3214's can be found for a $100 fairly often.
