I recall Nero lets you print such images. With templates.

Do you need the template for the text? or the CD size?

I know I can do it in Nero. I have Nero 8 Ultimate, but is it possible to convert the front and back covers to jpg or other image format? I would like people to be able to print the covers, but how to let them print after? Some people don't have nero or other programs?

Microsoft paint will allow you to convert the format. Nero Civer Designer is really simple, and you can get excellent results if you're patient.

If I make covers in Nero as .nct format how are people supposed to print them if they don't have Nero?

if I press print key won't it print the whole page, whatever is displayed?
and what is digicam, can I download it free?

A Digital Camera cannot be downloaded free.

Use print screen to take a snap shot of the screen, then use ms paint to cut out what you want then print only that.
