The pro that i have don't have all the samples that came in express...

i don't think that logic pro will erase samples from your hd....

but i also cannot believe that express has ANYTHING that pro hasn't..... if you're using a legal version....

the last logic pro installer i saw was 2 dvd's!!!

Iznogood is correct, the second DVD is content only,(Apple Loops, and EXS sample library).

It is possible that some content may be installed in a different locations between the Pro and Express versions.
