Hi all 8-)
When I mix all tracks to a new set of stereo tracks does the sound depend on my AD's or AD/DA's. .? ( not a dump/audio export/what not) but a live mixdown
Best

If you're going from a digital source to a different digital med
If you're going from a digital source to a different digital medium (Masterlink, another system, a stand-alone CD deck, etc.), both the D-A and the A-D will be vital to the quality of the mixdown.
[EDIT] The conversion will be vital to the accuracy of the reproduction of the mixdown. It won't make a bad mix sound good, but it can put a "quality wall" in front of a great sounding mix. [/EDIT]
