I want to start a little studio and I need some help. Here is what I need and my budgets.
SoundCard/Interface : 500 $
Mic: 400-500 $
Studio Monitors: 500 $
everything else I have..
I want to record hip hop vocals.

I am no monitor expert for that price range maybe some KRK's

Although I might suggest spending a little more on the mic and less on the pre. I would save a little more money and not buy stuff that you will grow out of in a few weeks. That is if you intend on doing this seriously.
