Neve 8816 Summing Mixer

Hey,

Has anyone checked out the new Neve 8816 summing mixer. Its the boss! Neve has really got the price right on this unit, $3250!

i just placed an order from vintage king for the 8816 summing mixer. They should start shipping sometime late january.

it has recall....

that suggests it has some kind of active curcuitry regulating the volume.... vca's or volume chips......

not exactly the kind of stuff i would want in a summing mixer......

i think you're paying for the name more than the quality of the unit....

(by i'm making my own anyway)
