i have always had some problem with my pc where i can only encode to Ogg Vorbis using any program.
i record of the radio using the line in port on my sound card with a program called Audacity. I then try to encode into MP3 and i get 1sec files and can't fix it. So i just encoded to Ogg Vorbis and left it at that.
So i started recording and have about 2gig worth now but wish to give them to friends. to do this i have to convert to MP3. i can do it but when i do the mp3 file is 3 times as long and slowed down 3X.
sorry for the very convoluted explaination, but can anyone help me with this or maybe suggest a free program to use.
OS : Windows XP
