Sounds like a common ground loop to me.

Try lifting the ground on one of the pieces of gear.

WARNING: do this only for testing purposes, it is unsafe to keep it this way. SHOCK HAZARD!!!

But, it should make the hum go away. If it does, then try getting your power source from a different circuit.

Or try plugging the computer and the Behringer into the same wall outlet ... Ground loops are created when there are 2 seperate paths to the ground, as from two different outlets. By making sure all your audio gear is plugged into the same wall outlet, you are insuring that all paths to ground are common and elimante any ground loop.

Let us know if this cured the problem ... If it doesn't I would next look to the Behringer.. It's likely there may be a fault there.

But i figured it out now! It wasn't my BEHRINGER EUROPOWER....it's my soundcard i guess!....
...whenever i un-mute the mic input on the status bar on my computer...there comes this backrud "Hush"....like a old vynil if you know what im talking 'bout?

So....what is there wrong?...is my SOUNDCARD broke or do i have to use another input?

It may be your soundcard picking up noise in the computer ... and this is why many of the better soundcard set ups have the converters in an external box, away from the computer.. I can't speak to the quality of your soundcard .. but some of the newer ones that are in the computer are pretty quiet .. I think the noise problems were with older cards..

Please excuse me if I'm thinking too basic here, but are you plugged in to the "line in" or "mic in" on your Soundblaster Live? You should go from the mixer to the "line in". You may then also need an adapter to go from two mono outs on the mixer (left and right) to a stereo mini-plug (1/8") to plug into that line in.
