Alright. Im working with a Behringer UB1204-PRO (YEA RIGHT!) mixer right now, a stock sound card, and pair of KRK Rokits. I was wondering on how to set these up so that I can record a track, but as I'm recording, hear the track on the speakers and also hear any previously recorded tracks if there are any.

Very simple, soundcard line out to mixer tape in, mixer main out or tape out to soundcard line in, mixer control room out to your amp and speakers. Make sure you press "send 2track to control room" and dont send tape to main out. This way you can hear the signal from your soundcard and the recording signal at the same time but record only the incoming signal.
