I just got notification of something in the mail.
An acceptance of a proposal I put foreward.
I'm really pleased. I think it's going to be particularly good for the Fairlight Forum.
I didn't think my proposal would be accepted..so I contacted them and let them know that. But it appears I do fulfil their requirements.
- I don't think they've changed their mind...
But I'm waiting on official confirmation.
BUT PLEASE! Shhh....
Please respect the title of this post and keep it to yourself for a while.
So sorry yes, I'd love to "Bring It On" but I don't think I can just yet.
But I'm working on it anyway.

Hmm. I just checked the Post I recently put up on Stephen Paul's RO Forum here "Microphones and Reverb. And Ghosts".A bit scary. I'm here to learn and contribute whatever meagre pieces of advice gained from the many years of experience I have had as an award winning Artist, Musician, Studio Manager,Video Cameraperson and Editor, Film Score writer, Video Script writer, Producer and Jaguar Enthusiast. Aint done nuthin else since 1978. You can check with the Australian Taxation Department if you don't believe me. But this is going to be a big learning curve for me. Have to understand all of what Stephen said by the weekend. Damn, there goes my social life!
Reverb, or rather Quality Reverb is one of the approximatly 52 things that attracted me to the Fairlight music systems - which IMNSHOUH are very, very... :cool:
Over the next few months I'd really love to have the opportunity to discuss these and other points with all you Fairlight users/enthusiasts out there.

Well, I'm sure you'll find that you won't be wasting anymore time on trying to find a way to get your digital recordings to sound good. They will sound great right off the Fairlight
