I have the firewire version at present and it works GREAT with my Sony Viao laptop.

No problems so far.

I have one in my PC based DAW, mixing in Sonar 3.0 and editing/mastering in Nero Wave Editor 6.0. Both programs are friendly with the Audiophile, no complaints at all.

i guesse my onl;y questions are ..
1) sound quality??
2) im gonna hook up a mixer to it to record acoustic style stuff does that go through smoothly or how is your guys set up??

Ditto. Have the FireWire 410 with two built in preamps, it's a fantastic piece of gear that gives me a perfect portable studio. No problems with installing drivers or anything, no latency issues - the thing just works, and sound is clean and nice.
