Welcome aboard Daniel! Glad to see you're the moderator here.

Don't know if you remember me, but you helped me out in planning what gear to purchase for my studio here in Denver in a couple of phone and email conversations. Everything's worked out really well, and I have really enjoyed using Nuendo, you were definately right!

Good Luck with the forum, hope people don't get too rowdy for ya!

Well hardware-wise I've got some goodies!

The bigger stuff:
I of course have some TASCAM!--
DA-98HR
DA-45HR
CD-450
Mackie d8b
(2) RME 9652 audio cards
(3) RME ADI-8DS converters
(2) True Systems Precision8 mic pre's (16 ch)
TC Electronics M3000 verb
dbx Quantum, 566 tube compressor, 2231 graphic EQ, 223XL x-over, 120XP sub-bass
Pod Pro
Mackie HR824 monitors, Sunfire Signature sub

I've now got a nice collection of mics, a bunch of neccessary studio accessories and all my old stuff as well.

It's been a steep learing curve with all this new gear, but it's sure been fun (most of the time...)! I guess the most important thing is that I've actually had enough clients to pay my bills which enables me to keep my new gear.

later,
Chris
:D

Sherri, Hi! I guess you work with Daniel?

Well, no, I've never had the pleasure of meeting Daniel in person, we just met in another forum and he was nice enough to take the time to give me some good advice through email and a couple of phone conversations.

But, Daniel, the offer still stands, if you're ever passing through denver, contact me and I'll treat you to lunch or something :D

Nope... I don't work at Tascam. I'm just a regular "Jane" engineer and a Tascam user.
More info on me: http://www.vsoundinc.com
