Hello! I've seen many cables these days that have 25-Pin to 1/4" TRS 8 channel snake. (Picture here --- http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/DTP803/ ---) I have a PreSonus Firestation, which only has a nine pin. So my question is do they manufacture cords which are 9-pin to TRS just as the picture shows in the aforementioned link. (Again, it has to be 9 pin not 25-pin)

Consult the manual for the Firestation, which should clearly state what the connector is used for and how it is wired.
Isn't the 9-pin for the optional remote?

On the firestation, (which is dis-continued), the 9 pin plug requires a break-out cable that converts the 9 pin D- connector into two 5-pin MIDI connectors and two co-ax SPDIF connectors. If you don't have this cable, I would look around on e-bay or contact pre-sonus to see if they have any more available. On the firepod, they decided to not use the break-out option and build the 5PIN MIDI DINs and SPDIF RCA connectors directly into the rear of the unit. Hope this helps (if you have not found this our already :D )
