Hi I just finished processing some new vocals in my home studio and I think the finished result sounds very professional but I need some fresh ears to offer opinion.

Thank you im glad someone finally replied. It was done with just an MXL 909 condenser connected to a Samson C-valve. Both cheap equipment but I have good engineering skills. I record guitar sometimes too and I get such good sound with the samson c-valve I suggest people use it lol. Even if I could afford an expensive mic I would hook it up to the c-valve.

Sounds great except for the sibilance. Use a de-esser, Massey offers a great plugin. There is one somewhere in the computer, eq really doesnt do it like a de-esser so keep that in mind. Sounds nice and clear, which preamp and mic was used?
