Welcome to RO Nubius.

You are going to have to tell us much more about your goals. What kind of music are you planning to record? What instruments/voices? How many tracks to you want to record simultaneously? MAC or PC? What size is the room? What mic do you have? What monitors? What board? Are you trying to become a bona fide audio engineer or are you simply looking to setup a small studio for the purposes of songwriting and demo recording? There is an amazing ammount of knowledge contained in the minds of our members, but in order to access it, you're going to need to be more precise when stating your objectives. So go ahead and tell us as many details as you can about your goals and we'll help you make it happen.

The groups goal is to have a place where we could record and nulify the costs of recording at another studio,we make rap music
My goal is also to have profesional quality in the tracks but to also master mixing songs, I make beats so if rap doesnt pan out I can have a job in the music industry.

We only need to record one track at a time with the beat playing in the back
The room is a midsize apartment room and the booth will be placed/built in a closet inside the room
The monitors and mic are in my friends house,we are waiting to set everything up so i dont know the brand of it but from what ive been told it gives pretty good quality

heres a link to the music ive made with my own little setup Sonar x64 (none of the equipment used to record these songs will be used for the new studio)

I want to know which computer can i buy that will give me the best music quality coupled with a good mic

Are you at all comfortable with computers in general? Do you think you could build your own with guidance from us? If you could, you could end up spending a good deal less than if you buy a prefabricated system. Do you have any idea which program you want to record with? Where do the sounds used in your beats come from?
