I'm using Adobe Audition 2.0, recording with sample rate of 48000; resolution 32 bit float. I need to send a wav file with the following format, 16 bit, 8000 Hz sample rate, 128 kbps. I see where the 8 khz and 16 bit are achieved but how do I get the 128k kbps ?
It's automatic: 8,000 samples/second times 16 bits/sample = 128
