OMF is the standard import/export universal project file. You'll have to try it from one to the other to see if everything gets transferred correctly though. Some items may not translate...there may be items not contained in one DAW that the other DAW had that was used. So those sorts of things would need to be manually adjusted or added back in.
No idea what version of Acid you have or if it's capable of making OMF files.
Cubase does import and export OMF....at least Cubase5 and beyond...
