hi i want to know how to connect my xenyx Q802 usb mixer to my pc so i can plug my guitar in to play and use amplitube and have also a Behringer amplifier and speakers
i have the manual too and it dont work now i got everything setup through usb but when i play music or any other sound coming out of my pc i hear crackling sound ,i have my amp and speaker coming out of ctrl room out
I'm new and I've been reading various forums on how to get started and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out! This graphic is probably the most valuable piece of information I have found so far.
Based on this, I see no reason why the Apogee Quartet wouldn't be a great solution for use with my MacPro.

You need to set up the proper drivers in you DAW or Amplitube. Go to your settings and make sure you are using the included ASIO driver. Not ASIO full duplex. Not ASIO mulitmedia. It has to be Behringer ASIO or something to that effect. This should also be in the manual.
If all else fails, buy a proper audio interface. Any proper audio interface. No need for a mixer. Sure it looks cool but what are you mixing that can't be mixed in the box?
I still think it's user error but, check out the Line 6 UX interfaces. They are decent and come with amp emulation software. Of course if you want to do more than just guitar, you'll need an interface that does more than just instrument level DI. The M-Audio FastTracks work just fine. It all depends on your budget. This gives you a relatively good scale on price versus functionality: Canada's Music Store, Musical Instruments - Long & McQuade Musical Instruments
You did not mention your OS. You mentioned Win 7 but is that your OS? Most sites have yet to update their info in regards to Win 8. In fact, why don't you post your full system specs so that we can get a better idea of what you are dealing with. Hardware, software, ram, cpu. There shouldn't be any latency at all in Windows. Sounds like you need to increase the buffer size.
