Hi, I have an Omni I/O by M-Audio, and it runs analog via a 15 pin female plug, into a Delta-66 soundcard. I have purchased an iMac, so the Delta 66 card can no longer be used, but I want to keep using the Omni if I can. Is there a usb interface I can buy, that has a male 15 pin (analog) -to- a USB? ( Maybe with a battery powered processor in between to change the analog to digital?)

That 15 pin output is like a serial connector. I don't think there is any such animal. If there is one, it still might be cheaper to just buy another interface with newer drivers. USB interfaces are cheap now. You can even pick up a reasonable firewire interface for under $400. The Focusrite Saffire LE is around $300 or less.
