ok so I am planting corn, potatoes, and funny green trees..what is the proper planting time for my crops?
actually i am trying to get a portable recording setup together just do go out and record clients for radio advetisements. i would love to buy a portable dat, but that is a little cost prohibitive. I just need to be able to bring the recording home, dump it to the DAW and then "polish the turd" as it where. Is anyone else doind field recording for broadcast applications, if so what do you suggest. Thanks

I think a good used ADAT and a mic pre would be a cheap way to go. Easy sample accurate transfers to most DAW formats, time code capable with a BRC (This could be post) and decent sound, ADAT inputs can take a digital 0 dB input without clipping..., varispeed and cheap media. You couldn't use it in places that don't have ac but that's the only drawback I can think of....... Fats
