Metronome VST (beats per minute)

I'm looking for a metronome vst that does BEATS PER SECOND? Like on an electronic piano





I use REAPER, and its metronome seems to only have one speed (?)

ok now i understand why you are having trouble with editing too. this all has to do with you not properly setting up Reaper for each song. you need to set the proper time signature and beats per minute for each song file. you do this in Reapers Projects settings box. you can find more about this on page 32 of the current Reaper manual.
