Check with Digidesign on which ones can and can not be installed on XP.

Pro Tools LE starts to run on Win XP with version 5.3.1; some new features, killer stability and efficiency; PT 6.1 should be out (for Win XP) by the end of July.

No Win NT or 2000 with the LE version.
