Does anyone have the RODE K2, and what ere your experiences with it ? How does it sound ?
Maybe you did replaced the tube (which tube is it stocked with? ), and how did that affect the sound ?

I've had great results with male and female vocals, acoustic guitar and percussion. I have not replaced the tubes- the soound is warm and not overly hyped- cardioid is really in-your-face sound for vocals, though, and you may want to use it a bit towards omni (11- 10 oclock) or towards figure 8 in other voices- unless you want that in your face sound
