Does anyone know anything about this mic? I got it off e-bay, and it has a three point plug, but it's different than an XLR. I haven't even got to use it yet!
Sorry, no idea. But hang on to it and in about 50-70 years it will be worth real money.
Seriously, the only thing I can suggest is that you look for a connector that fits (Radio Shack or similar electronics vendors) and whip out the soldering iron. If you can't find a connector consider connecting the wires directly.
Neckermann is a catalog/mail order company in Germany and they are not exactly known for high-end or even pro stuff (although my information might be outdated). Rather than spending a lot of time on getting that mic to work you might be better off spending $80 on a Shure SM-57.
