I have a really long (60 minutes) audio file in the form of 2 mono tracks in Digital Performer on my 600 mhz iBook in my 80 gig external HD. I want to bounce them to a single stereo track so I can then export it and burn it onto a disc. But every time I try to bounce to disc, the program freezes. Is it because to file is too long? if that is the case is there a way to cut it up into smaller sections and bouce them individually? Thanks a lot!
No..this sounds to me like there's not enough oomph for it to do
No..this sounds to me like there's not enough oomph for it to do this...I would try and raise the buffer size for the audio card and also DP performance settings..ya know...studio size!
