Go to the device manager...expand Computer..it will say ACPI..go to it's properties..choose the driver tab..choose Update Driver...point the file to the Win2K CD..from there you will see the option to choose Standard PC...once your system restarts all drivers will reload themselves..very typical for this scenario..hope that helps!!
