Im new to recording and mixing/mastering myself,I'm using pro tools.

I don't no how to use EQ or anything on my tracks the only thing i use is the compressor and iv'e used it on all 3 at the same setting which is as follows

As has been mentioned, you need to experiment and tweak the knob
As has been mentioned, you need to experiment and tweak the knobs until you hear what you want. As far as equalization goes, you are not utilizing any high pass filtering on your vocals. As a result, your vocals are continuously muddy sounding. So while you don't know anything about equalization, you do know what a tone control is don't you? And that's what equalization is all about, bass & treble & everything in between. Of course when you over equalize anything, you end up with crap. So Less Is always More. But you need to be filtering some low frequencies off of your vocals due to the Proximity Effect of all directional microphones. The Proximity Effect is the build up of the bass frequencies the closer you get to the microphone. And that's why so many microphones feature a bass cut off filter switch. When it's not on the microphone, you need to engage it on your microphone preamp/console or just within software. I know it sounds cool in the headphones but it sounds like mud through loudspeakers when you don't do that.
