bit hard to answer without knowing your budget,
anyway, check out the Roland RD170, aint too bad.
It has a good piano sound and rhodes sound, doesnt have too much in the way of synth stuff 'cause its mainly a stage piano.

If you want a good workhorse the Korg tritonLE 88 is great,
more bucks but worth it.

Or

get yourself the Korg tritonLE61 and a cheap 88 note weighted controller, maudio do one which doesnt cost the earth, the good thing about this setup is that you have the weighted action for the piano stuff, and the "normal" non weighted action for other sounds that do not require a weighted action.

I just want one box. It Must have great piano w/ weighted avction and touch sensitive sounds that vary in loudness just like a real piano.

It Should have rhodes tone and SHOULD have Hammond B3 sound.

Should have other contemporary synth sounds as well.

To me. In my opinion. I think. I believe. Not withstanding. Good sounding to me is very close to a real piano sound.

you can't go wrong with the combination i said to you! the oberheim has 88 piano keys and the fantom xr is rack that can be updated and includes everything on the fantom x series keys!
the oberheim is a midi controller!
