Vocal sound: Away From The Sun by 3 doors down

today i caught this song "away from the sun" by "Three doors down" ..

mostly the vocals. any idea how u get that vocal sound... i like it. (and the snare)

And how would you judge the quality of this production ?

incredible song.....

I've got the album and a lot of the stuff on it is good....

not sure how they did the vocals though. I'd believe 85% of that sound came from the singer...
