http://rwavproducti… and https://www.acousti…
It has taken our web designer the whole summer to redo these two sites and I would appreciate any feedback or comments. Thanks in advance.

I wish I could tell you it…
I wish I could tell you it is really different here but it is not. We keep alive by diversifying all the time. I agree that proaudio is not going well no matter how many fancy new studios are shown in MIX magazine every year. I always wished that MIX magazine would do a "where are they now" five years after the studios appeared in the magazine but they will never do that as it would probably not be good for business,
Our websites were redesigned in hopes of generating more business, I hope it was worth the expense.
As to mastering...if one believes all the glowing reports on GXXXSPACE then mastering is going very well - just not here in the USA. Most of the places that report "record years" and "so much business we have to turn it away" seem to be in Europe.
I live and work in a small town in the middle of a cornfield in Northern Ohio. It doesn't get much more rural than here. Still the cost of everything has gone up exponentially over the past few months and the prospects are not looking good for the future.
We are working with an artist right now who wants to put out 100 vinyl records. We did a cost analyst for him and cost per record will be somewhere around $40.00 each and that does not include mastering or the cost of the graphic artist. That is simply insane...
I hope you reconsider taking down this site. You make want to look into taking donations as do other sites of this nature to underwrite your costs. I have always enjoyed the comradery here.
Best of luck and let's hope things look better in the near future

Nice site, good images. One thing on the main page. On this iPad, one thing I noticed was the three main page text boxes at the top. The text in the boxes is misaligned and the justification changes three times in one box so it’s not centre aligned, which I think would have looked odd, but it’s not left aligned either, with restoration, recording and learn more all starting at different places, indented one way or the other. on my screen, restoration and recording are right to the left of the box which might be just how this pad displays it and on other displays it aligns. This sort of thing often happens, when sentences are long and things wrap,

I will tell my web designer. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Congratulations Thomas!I…
Congratulations Thomas, your new websites look excellent! Really nice layout and imaging. 👍🏼
I can't help but ask you though... is the music business doing that well that it justified the expense to redo your websites?
I ask this direct question because I am convinced we are headed for a big recession/ depression. I'm seriously considering turning off RO until further notice. I don't see the numbers to keep paying for this site until (if ever) pro audio will ever recover in my lifetime. Yes that is grim but omg… it’s not looking good. Google recording ads are pretty much dead which tells me pro audio is headed for the tank. YouTube seems to be where the majority are which I’m wondering if your mastering is where things are going? Mastering for YouTube? 👍🏼
People I know are doing all they can to get out of debt. I haven't bought any recording gear since 2019 and in fact I sold everything I could to relocate to the country in preparation for a major food and energy crisis. Prices are going to increase to levels we've not seen in our lifetime. We’re going to grow food and get off grid as much a possible but I worry for many people unprepared or over extended.
Please tell me you are seeing the complete opposite where you are?
