yes, it´s originally the head from the kingston dubplate cutter 1210 overhead.... the electronics is modified and a stronger poweramp is added to cut louder. I am very happy with this configuration... :D

What poweramp are you using then?

but thats enough...for sx74 it´s good to have 400watts and more, but my sc-99 has stronger magnets (rare earth i think...)

So? What would it cost me to get a test cut? I have something that i would like to have on vinyl, but the number isnt all that greate so im thinking cutting them might be cheaper than pressing.

Where are you based if you are in the UK i can do a test cut

Dubplate Cuts 12inch@45RPM are arround 60Euros (max. 9min per side)
10inch@45RPM is a bit cheaper (max.7min)

the lathe is from vinylium, switzerland, I can reach them in 4 ours with a small truck :D
the am-32 was originally based in france at the manley studios...
I installed vinyliulm pitch controller, and updated my cutting electronics....
it was much work, because the lathe was in near original condition, with tube pitch, old motors, sitches and and and....
my preamp/riaa is a modified beta kinston electronic, but with best op-amps, caps+coils...
