Hey, I've been looking to buy a new mac laptop for recording with Pro Tools HD via a digi 002r. The powerbook that I would need with 1 GB ram is $2100 new whereas a ibook with 768 MB ram is $1450. This would save me a signifigant about of money but I'd first like to know how well this would run, so I'm asking for some feedback from anyone running Pro Tools LE on an ibook. All comments and help are appreciated.
