There is not a lot of information here but...It is probably your computer that is "freezing" not Cubase and not knowing what OS you are using...Is your wireless connectivity disabled? Have you shut down all uneeded programs running in the background, like Norton Security, etc? Are you recording to a seperate hard drive? Try these things first, also if you look on the net there are articles about streamlining OS for recording use.
