I don't think redrum patterns can be saved as patches. I guess you could save them within a combinator patch, but I've never heard of anyone selling reDrum patterns. I know the most recent Drum Kits 2.0 refill put out by the Propellherhead people contains a bunch of professionally programmed drum parts, but they are midi files you import for use with the massive drum kit combinators. Programming my own drum parts was the hardest part for me when I first got Reason, but after a little practice, it has become the easiest thing to do. I prefer not to program in ReDrum, but rather to record the drum part through midi notes. This allows a lot more variation in the drum parts.
