Informative review. If I can offer a bit of advice about the web site: you really need a copy editor. My guess is that bad grammar and punctuation are going to be a negative for an educational website.

A couple of questions about PT8. Is the .mp3 plugin included? Can you burn CDs directly from within PT8?

No, the MP3 option is still separate and I don't think you can burn directly from PT
