i have Sonar 4 producer addition installed and worked fine until today.
i have my work saved in a file it does not contain any audio tracks i.e only midi tracks on which i recorded with one vst plugin , file was saved by me, due to an improper shutdown (power failure) when i try to open the file an error message is shown.
"this file is incompatible with this version of sonar", although i searched the internet for solution and found many other victims of such problem but mostly they had audio tracks no body had midi tracks only.

i tried the safe mode option by pressing shift and opening it but get the same message.
i really don't want to miss this data is there any way i can get it back
