I'm gonna record a choir in a church in the next weeks, and I was looking for everykind of advice. I have done it before, but this is teh first time with ggod equipment and teh possibilites to work on teh setup of the choir too.
This is what I will use:
Crown SASS
Oktava MC012 FMSP
John Hardy M1, 2 channel
Fostex D5

I'm thinking about renting some external converter, but I'm not so sure.
I will test with the the Crown and with soem stereo techinque, XY, ORTF, and maybe MS with an external decoder.

Anyone want to tell his minds?
