I have a chance to get one for about 75 bucks. Now I dont have a decent mixer right now. I will be using it mostly for headphone mixes, and live apllications. I plan to use the pre's on my Firepod to record and out of the outs on the back into the mixer for a monitoring mix or for a live show.

Anyone have any experiace with this mixer, also if you know the dememsions, let me know as I plan to mount it the top of my rack.
