Hey, for anyone who decides to check this:

I've been a Frank Zappa fan for a while and not till recently have I noticed this crazy time delay effect on the snare drum on a few songs from the "Joe's Garage Album"
Ones that come to mind first are "Dong work for Yuda" and "Outside Now"
It sounds like the snare has a variable delay. Every other hit the oscillation of the delay speeds up and slows down. Also, it sounds like the delay has some kind of phaser on it? it makes some pretty trippy sounds. Could it be a synth oscillator or something?

Just curious as to what people this is really is?
